As a member of C.W. Matthews Grading and Utilities Division, you’ll play an important role in our company’s central service by building roads that connect communities throughout Georgia. You’ll work closely with fellow crew members using large-scale heavy equipment to reshape the earth’s surface according to roadway design plans. The work is tough, dirty, and for those who make their career doing it, more satisfying than any other job you could imagine.
