The Asphalt Roller Operator’s primary job function is to operate a rubber tire or steel wheel asphalt roller to roll the asphalt mat to desired compaction. The Asphalt Roller Operator is expected to run other equipment as needed. Asphalt Roller Operators are also expected to assist in the general operation of each job site.

Paving Machine Operator

CWM has immediate openings for "Experienced" Asphalt Paving Machine Operator. The Asphalt Paving Machine Operator’s primary function is to operate the asphalt paving machine to achieve overall ride quality and appearance. The operator must perform daily maintenance checks and report any mechanical or safety issues to a supervisor. In addition, the operator may be required to perform minor repairs to the equipment and is expected to assist in the general operation of each job site.

Front End Loader Operator

The Loader Operator moves, loads and handles materials within the asphalt plant area with the use of heavy equipment. The Loader Operator will use large earth-moving machines, such as bulldozers, backhoes, excavators and front-end loaders and/or other huge machinery to lift, haul, push, roll, load and move aggregate and aggregate related materials.

Concrete Finisher

The Concrete Finisher’s primary job function is to smooth wet concrete after a concrete pour. Concrete finishers are expected to assist in all task performed by the concrete flat work or bridge crew. Applicants must be willing to work nights and weekends and must provide personal transportation to and from work.

The Instrument man’s primary function is to assist Party Chief with survey operations. The Instrument man is responsible for total station setup and operating electronic data collectors. All project survey points must be retained for company records and archived. In addition the Instrument Man will assist with multiple project sites, safety for himself and others around him.
