Donald Correll moved to Georgia in 2019 with his wife, Christa after accepting a position as a Roller Operator in our Asphalt Division. Donald and Christa were proud parents of four boys and soon found out they had a fifth son on the way…
On September 3, 2021, Donald and Christa welcomed their sweet baby boy, Asher, to the world! Asher was born with Tracheomalacia, as well as a rare condition called Tetralogy of Fallot and with an absent pulmonary valve. This diagnosis meant that Asher’s trachea did not properly develop, and he was born with a hole in his heart that needed to be patched. Almost a month later, Asher underwent open heart surgery. Through the power of prayer and the amazing grace of God – Asher recovered in the hospital after about 38 more days and was able to come home!
Donald and Christa currently have a full and happy home with their five boys. Donald is now a Foreman in our Asphalt Division and says he is thankful for the support he received from CWM during his family’s difficult season.
Our CWM Wednesday Bible Study has held Asher in their hearts and prayed over the Correll family for many months now. We are so grateful the Lord has carried him through these battles! We know God has great plans for this little guy.
Please continue to always keep Asher and the Correll family in your prayers as he continues to grow into a strong, healthy boy!
