Every year, in addition to individual performance-based bonuses, C.W. Matthews distributes $1 Million to employees as part of our “Thanks-A-Million” program. Every hourly field team member has the opportunity to earn a share of the million dollars based on their hours worked between April 1st and October 31st. It’s our way of saying thank you to our valued team members, both newly hired and long-term, who help make C.W. Matthews successful.
