Working in Equipment Maintenance

As a member of C.W. Matthews Equipment Maintenance Division, you’ll play an important role in the support of our operational divisions including Grading & Earthwork, Asphalt Paving & Construction, Asphalt Manufacturing, and Concrete Paving & Construction. You’ll work closely with these division teams to ensure their machinery is running properly and safely, and is available onsite when needed. Our Equipment Maintenance Division consists of many knowledgeable mechanics willing to train and pass on their expertise to dedicated newcomers.
