Screed Operator

As a Screed Operator or "Screw Man", you’ll play an important role in the success of our paving operations. Working closely alongside your fellow team members on a variety of projects, your day-to-day work will include adjusting the height of the asphalt screed to ensure proper depth and ride quality.

• Operate screed machine
• Ensure proper paving depth
• Ensure ride quality
